• What are the barriers to having a quality conversation?
• Tools & techniques to help you overcome these issues.
Who should attend?
Existing managers and aspiring managers. We recommend in both instances that you complete the Self Reflection Tool and SOAR tool to support your development planning. These can be found on the Practical Skills for Managers web pages. Please discuss your attendance on this module with your line manager before booking your place.
