Description

An Introduction to meditation and mindfulness
This is a 4 week course, delegates are encouraged to attend all 4 sessions’

What are the benefits?

Learning to meditate and engage with mindfulness can improve quality of life, health and support individuals to feel more able to deal with daily challenges.

Topics covered include:

Meditation, mindfulness, felt sense and easing the body, compassion and positive psychology.
