Description

This session will introduce the new Learning Capture Framework that aims to enhance the learning experience of our students and remove barriers to their education, by ensuring that important aspects of the teaching and learning are recorded in audio or video format. The session will cover the expectation for modules to embed learning capture practices, as well as examples of best practices. During the session attendees will be introduced to guidance on how to utilise the AULA spaces to better meet the requirements of the Learning Capture Framework and will be given the opportunity to create an action plan for changes they would like to make in their modules' AULA spaces. The session will conclude with briefly highlighting the tools available to staff within Coventry University Group, that can be used for audio and video recordings. However, this session will not cover the use of those tools. Additional sessions will be available through the booking system for specific tools. 

Who should attend?

Primarily targeted at Module Leaders, but other colleagues with responsibilities around curriculum development, learning design and course material development are also welcomed.
