Description

This session will encourage colleagues to adopt guidelines from the office for students and the Coventry University (CU) regulations to arrive at and justify a case resolution based on a balance of probabilities. We consider how to take an objectives-driven approach to Academic Conduct (AC) meetings. Delegates will learn the importance of a sound yet flexible planning model. We consider how to rate and sequence the information we have, thereby building a questioning strategy with which we will be able to reach a resolution for the case.
