Forming part of your overall induction process this session is an opportunity to be welcomed personally by a member of our senior team and to network with other new colleagues both locally and globally. You will also have time to start reflecting on and planning the integration of your ambitions with those of the University Group. In addition to this virtual session you will have membership of teams group which allows for continuation of the conversation and easy access to key information.

What are the benefits?

University Group induction aims to support all new staff experience a smooth transition into their new role at Coventry University Group. The session has been designed to help you engage with the Group mission, values and strategy delivery and the support available to you in your career journey

*All new staff* should attend this session as soon as possible after their start date.
