Moderation is not just a process to ensure consistency in marking and feedback, it is also a tool that can identify and address staff development needs. Furthermore, as a social process it can be used to share good ideas and expand our understanding of academic practices.
During this workshop:

• Explore the documentation for moderation.
• Consider the criteria to best use when moderating assessments.
• Understand how moderation can ensure and develop quality processes.
