This webinar, delivered by the People Team, is part of the Practical Skills for Managers Module; Managing Team Performance and Absence. This session is aimed at both new and existing managers. The aim is to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to effectively support and manage the absence of employees.
In addition, the workshop will provide managers with support to improve the wellbeing of their staff while they are at work, to enable them to minimise risk and enhance wellbeing at work. Please note that by booking onto this module, we assume that you are currently managing others and that you have discussed your attendance with your line manager.
