Contemporary higher education is facing several fundamental challenges. Students’ engagement, making appropriate methods of assessment to contribute in students’ learning journey, and contract cheating are among those challenges. Authentic education is a direct respond to these challenges.  Providing opportunities for students to be ready for real life work is one of the key objectives of Coventry University. This workshop is providing a unique opportunity for our academic staff who would like to bring authenticity into their assessment by a very simple and straightforward method. The participants have the chance to work and collaborate with their peers through the workshop and develop their knowledge and expertise in this field.
