This webinar, delivered by the People Team, is part of the Practical Skills for Managers Module; Managing Team performance and Absence, which has been split into three webinars. The session is aimed at both new and existing managers. The aim is to outline the CORE performance management process, and demonstrate how Clear Review can be used effectively to support the performance management process for both staff members and line managers. Please note that by booking onto this module, we assume that you are currently leading others or managing managers and that you have discussed your attendance with your line manager.
