Description

The well-known Jisc Digital Literacies framework include multiple dimensions of the digital literacy. However, in our teaching approach we tend to focus less on the critical elements and more on the use of digital media for teaching and learning purposes. In this session we will discuss why is it important to consider the critical dimensions and how to do it in any course or modules.

By attending this session, you will be able to learn more about why critical digital skills are relevant in a context of misinformation, not only to prepare our students to be better learners and to prepare them to find a job, but also to encourage them to become engaged (digital) citizens.
