The course is aimed at anyone who is involved with recruitment and selection of staff at Coventry University, CUC and CULC. It is essential training for staff wishing to Chair recruitment and selection panels. The Recruitment and Selection process at Coventry is discussed in detail and delegates are provided with information on legal aspects including the recruitment of those outside the EEA. Practical activities are integral to the course and delegates have the opportunity to prepare and review interview questions for live job vacancies.
