People Partnering Team
The course is aimed at both new and existing managers. Delivered by the People Team, this workshop will be practical and participative. The aim is to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to effectively support and manage the absence and performance of employees.
In addition the workshop will provide managers with support to improve the wellbeing of their staff while they are at work, to enable them to minimise risk and enhance wellbeing and satisfaction at work.
Please note that by booking onto this module, we assume that you are currently leading others or managing managers and that you have discussed your attendance with your line manager.
