• Have explored and understood the application of tools around self awareness
• Gain greater insight into Coventry University Group leadership framework and as such the behaviours expected of them
• Explore how they can continually develop themselves and their team members
Please note that by booking onto this module, we assume that you are currently leading others or managing managers and that you have discussed your attendance with your line manager.
