Coaching is a valuable and powerful skill that can be used in a variety of situations and contexts. This course considers coaching within an organisational context where coaching is used for developing, motivating and supporting the performance of staff. It explores essential coaching skills and offers participants that chance to conduct a coaching session within a supportive environment. This course is a mix of theory and practice and participants should be prepared to have a go at coaching

What are the benefits?

This course provides an understanding of the fundamentals of coaching and offers participants the chance to try out their coaching skills. It is particularly valuable for managers who can explore their own management /leadership style in relation to coaching approaches.
