Participants will be able to explore their digital skill needs and reflect on what digital capabilities they will need for their role. This session will introduce you to the Discovery tool, outline the digital capabilities framework and show how you can use the tool to understand your own digital capabilities and how to introduce the tool to colleagues and students.
