Co-led interactive workshop with Jisc, this session is designed to help you reflect on your own experience and digital capabilities for envisioning, planning and implementing digital change at Coventry University. Everyone has digital influence and impact on supporting others their digital skills, from supporting colleagues to teaching students with digital tools. We will explore how we can transform the mindset and culture of the university, to ensure that technology can be deployed in a way that maximises impact and value to enhance staff and student experience. Digital leadership is required across all areas of activity for any organisation. You will need to complete the 'Leading for digital change' question set on the Jisc Discovery tool before you attend the session (https://jisc.potential.ly/signin).
