Audience: Curriculum leads, Course Directors (and course teams)
The workshop will give you an opportunity as Course Directors and Course Teams to revisit the Coventry University Group Principles driving assessment and what it means for you and your teams in practice. The workshop will also bring in reference to the principles of social, active, applied and inclusive learning and how this relates to assessment. As a Course Team, having this insight creates potential for more effective assessment design that has the course learning outcomes as well as the student experience of assessment, at its heart.
In this interactive session, participants will:
• Consider the key drivers in the Coventry University Group assessment strategy.
• Identify good practice and opportunities for enhancement.
• Consider the importance of agreeing a course assessment strategy, to inform next steps.
