Description

New staff apprenticeship opportunities will commence in January 2022, enabling colleagues across the Group to study for a range of qualifications alongside their day-to-day roles.
We already have more than 100 staff apprentices who have chosen to combine their employment with recognised training to further their personal and professional career aspirations, with specialisms including leadership and management, horticulture, physiotherapy, digital technology, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
A series of Discovery Information Sessions for each of our upcoming apprenticeship opportunities will take place online during the week commencing 27 September for anyone wanting find out more. There will also be the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session – see below for full details.
Due to the nature of the apprenticeship programme, which requires a 20 per cent FTE time commitment, it's recommended that interested colleagues request their manager also attends the session.
