Part of the leadership journey involves recognising when a difficult conversation needs to take place and approaching that constructively and confidently. Please note that by booking onto this module, we assume that you are currently managing others and that you have discussed your attendance with your line manager.
What are the benefits?
Participants will be able reflect on the interpersonal dynamics of difficult situations and equip themselves using models to prepare for and manage those conversations more effectively.
