Description

Flexible and personalised learning is increasingly important to support access and participation and future-proof curriculum design. This session introduces the Curriculum 2025 theme of Flexible and Personalised Learning and will be followed by a practical workshop on embedding flexibility and personalisation into the curriculum.

What are the benefits?

This course will prepare you for introducing elements of flexibility and personalisation into your curriculum to support student success and retention. The session is aligned to the UKPSF to support staff in applications for fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (Advance HE).

Topics covered include:

The session will provide an overview of flexible and personalised learning, explore the Advance HE framework for flexible curriculum and look at the responsibilities of those within the organisation for embedding flexibility and personalisation.
