With many staff now required to work remotely, the way in which we interact and collaborate with external users is changing. Whether it's working with with external partners on a project or conducting a remote interview, the Digital Training Team is here to support you with this weekly webinar on how you can use Microsoft Teams to communicate externally. The webinar will last around 1 hour. (40 minutes demonstration, 20 minutes Q&A).
Topics covered include:
This webinar will take you through the various steps of setting up and conducting a meeting via Microsoft Teams. Particular focus will be spent on what you can do before, during and after the meeting. We will also explore the meeting from the perspective of the external user.
Who should attend?
Anyone from within the CU Group interested in or required to use Teams to communicate with external users. This webinar will be delivered via Microsoft Teams and you will be sent clear instructions on how to join.
